I value the culture, the opportunity for advancement, and the effect that we have on people's lives. A big part of the reason I decided to take this job was not only the opportunity that I saw for increased compensation over time, but the fact that I would be truly helping people, and putting them in a better position than the one we found them in. I love the fact that we're unique from the typical firm, especially when it comes to our fee structure, and the fact that we can be paid without over charging our clients. I've always heard, that when it comes to this job, it requires someone with the heart of a social worker and the mind of a capitalist, and I live to embody that value.
