I’ve worked under Jason since the beginning of my career as a Financial Advisor. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working for FFA for several reasons, some of the most important are: the work structure in the office, the education learned around comprehensive financial planning, and the independence of being able to obtain/retain my own clients. This industry is not a walk in the park, therefore, if you want to be successful, it is important to be coachable and extremely hardworking while remembering to have fun and enjoy what you do.

You live by the water. A lot of distractions.

I have had the opportunity to work with the company's president over the last 4.5 years or so. You are going to get a phenomenal education and learn the fundamentals of financial planning. You are going to learn how to acquire your own clients and truly build a successful practice. You are going to learn how to work hard and understand how to communicate with people. If you follow the principles taught, you will be successful. I implore any incoming advisors to read this and know that you can be successful!
