Pros

Top-tier leadership from Jason, the founder. He is an expert in all things financial planning, and truly lives, eats, and breathes this stuff. Jason has helped me becoming knowledgable in investments, tax strategy, and all-around working with clients. The job has been everything as advertised.

Cons

Few that I can think of. I work long hours, but that's out of choice.
