Pros

I like the culture, and the firms focus on helping young advisors excel in this career. The goal of being the best platform for new and old advisors as being an independent RIA is a very strong.

Pros

The culture is great and very positive. There is great opportunity to move up quickly if you want to go that route but they do also help people be independent and create your own brand under the company if you want to go that route instead. It is a great place to meet great people and build your own personal book of business.

The workplace culture is incredible and the level of support and candor from the executive team sets a great tone for the organization. Everyone here is competitive and wants to grow and advance in their career, but it is a close knit organization where everyone supports each other and that extends from the top down.
