Pros

Supervisors understand that assistants are also students, and so they allow more flexibility in everyone's schedule. It is also a very convenient job to have while taking classes.

Cons

Some student workers display very little interest in their jobs, which is very uninspiring at times. Sometimes there is a surplus of people working per shift, other times there is not enough people to keep up.

Result oriented, cared less about the welfare of RA. Tallahassee is pretty much a college town and it is quite easy to be easily bored.
