Very structured platfrom for learning, good for students, easy to navigate.

Cons

You will feel overworked, micromanaged, Constantly supervised, very demanding job. Very stressful, be prepares to be on the phone for 5 hours a day talking to families and students who doesn't know how to use computer and attach files. Too many departments and too many people trying to help. Teachers are the LEAST paid. You WILL NOT be teaching, you will be instructing and calling, calling, calling. Do not have any plans for evenings, they will be gone, in case you have a family to be with. Very demanding IT'S. "Pretending to csre and listen". They pay ALL teachers 57K for 12 months job!!!! All other are getting paid A LOT more!
