      Pros

      Team was really great and super willing to help. Manager was amazing and really cared about her job and team. Pay and benefits were good and I looked forward to most days.

      Cons

      Training was lacking...kind of get thrown into a mess and see if you sink or not. Leadership is a bit weird. They talk a lot about how they won't come down on you for a mistake...when they say that a lot about themselves it's a bit of a red flag. Everyone catches HEAT eventually. Oh and LOTS AND LOTS of meetings.
