Granted the culture varies wildly from store to store of course, but for the most part they make an effort to have a good work culture, as along as it doesn't cost them money.

Cons

Low pay. This varies a little store to store, but for the most part let's just say Flow has the money to buy all these dealerships because they don't pay their employees well. I worked at other dealerships and had a much better paycheck on fewer cars than with Flow. Long hours and little work/life balance. You are of course expendable. No surprise there
