None as the entire experience was horrible. Everyone complained and talked behind everyone’s backs.

Cons

Sat at the office for two weeks and no one trained. Systems and sales strategies all conflicted with what each manager asked you to do. The sale quota was great than the actual foot traffic thus no sales rep could make it past there base pay. Toxic environment and work culture.

There are many great and friendly people. Most are wonderful.

Cons

Vacation time starts at 5 days a year across the company and is not negotiable. Salaries are consistently far below the market rate. Sometimes as much as 40-50% bellow.
