      Pros

      Flow is a stable and growing company, family friendly, employee oriented and is very involved in the community. In the Customer Relationship Center, and throughout the company, honesty and transparency to our customer is a driving force. The benefits are good, and there is an emphasis on employee health, including an onsite nurse and fitness center.

      Cons

      There can be internal and external pressure to perform. This is sales... If you are not goal oriented, self-motivated, good at multi-tasking and able to learn new things on a daily basis, this is not the job for you. That is not a "con" for the company but something to think about if you are considering a position in the Customer Relationship Center.

      Pros

      Family work environment with good pay with ability to obtain financial security. You will always have a job and feel good about what you stand for here and the people you work for. Flow is all about quality and serving the community and their customers. I am proud to be a part of the Flow Family for life!

      No cons, but sales environment, fast paced and you talk to all types of people.

      I have been with this company for over 3 years with a long history of sales background and I can tell you that this group is definitely what they say...An Automotive group in its own class! They are truly transparent with their customers and employees and do what they say, TREAT EMPLOYEES AS FAMILY! This company has helped me obtain financial security and changed my life all the way around! If you want to work for a company that promotes growth within, have a strong drive for more, and enjoy the adrenaline rush from sales..This is the company for you!

      I have nothing negative to say, I love coming to work everyday :-) Theres not to many people who can say that and mean it!
