      High turnover, low pay, low moral but good training

      Good Training so you can learn a good deal, co workers are close like a family.

      Cons

      From the top down- Low pay for flat rate Upper Management always changing structure Low ambitions Low moral Not much room to grow unless your there for 20 years Politics Low sales volume and service volume and Minis are not seeing much in the way of sales anymore.

      Very laid back, secure job and has some good employees. Alot of work flow. Get what u put in. Good bonuses Great teachers Training is good Community

      Pros

      You get away with a lot because they're so desperate to keep employees.

      Cons

      You get away with a lot because they're so desperate to keep employees. Poor communication between all points of contact involved. Inconsistent communication from management to staff. Inconsistent management from stores to managers. MGMT constantly asks for more and more and gives very little in return. Work load is intense and increases daily. VERY high turnover rate.
