      Pros

      You can make good money here but it is by no means consistent if you are a flat rate technician. Scheduling is erratic and communication with customers is terrible.

      Cons

      The biggest problem here is poor management. Management chases numbers instead of customer or employee satisfaction. The service and sales department is by no means an efficient machine here. Terrible communication between departments and from management.

      Pros

      The co-workers are all good people, strong family-like bonds. Benefits include decent healthcare policy and paid time off after one year of work, with an additional day after each year from there-on. Very fair to customers and honestly loses money to make people happy.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and poor training. Not impressed with the processes that are in place as compared to previous dealerships that I have been involved with. The customer advocacy goes too far, cutting gross.
