Pros
The people that work in trenches are fantastic! Very experienced and overall most department managers try their hardest to keep up with the changing times in the business!
Cons
Two paid holiday's/year vs most other automotive groups that have 4+. I get that standardized training is difficult, but very little attempt to have a fixed training schedule for new-hires. This requires OTJ training that takes much longer to get up to speed and a lot of people find their "own way" to do things.
