Customer focused company. Employees are encouraged and challenged to grow professionally, and personally. Don is still able to visit the dealership, and walk around to each department, greeting team members and having conversations with them.

Retail hours. Lots of lookey Lou's. Hot on lot in summer. Cold on lot in winter.
