      Pros

      Seems like a lot of nice stuff is happenning in the beginning but then all this glitter goes away.

      Cons

      The pay is average, you can find a way better work-life balance with the same money in other Dutch companies. Experienced sexism.

      Management needs to do use tech team in better way.
