The foundation is there. Decent benefits and they encourage upward movement.

Cons

Salary abuse is real. They require a minimum of 50 hours a week and make very little consideration to life outside of the restaurant.

Decent tips for an entry level server job, they hire young, and it’s a great place for high school age people to get their first job experiences while making decent money.

Cons

They really tend to take advantage and overwork their good workers, they don’t respect the fact that this isn’t your career, as most of their employees are students or have other hobbies and interests they need to tend to. Towards the end they would schedule me against my availability without even letting me know, I would just find it on the schedule, on top of that management just made me feel hated most of the time. They weren’t appreciative of extra work, they would glare and roll their eyes at everything as if breaking your back is expected. There are plenty of jobs I’ve made more money at, and had a much better time.
