Clean environment, good food (but you won't be able to afford it with the wages and tips you'll receive, even with the measly 30% discount), high-energy environment.

Cons

Unfair tip sharing. Managers will get mad at you for not doing some random task they just invented off the top of their heads. I never once got a break or anything to eat during 7-hour long shifts.
