Lots of opportunity to advance within the company. Fun environment when busy.

Cons

Just like any other restaurant job there were many crash and burn instances. High employee turnover. Younger immature employees working. Lots of sucking-up required when corporate management team was around. Did not feel personally challenged. As an RM your primary role is run smooth 10 hour+ shifts.
