Great company. Great culture and management. Owners are very generous and obviously care about the employees, and solicit and accept constructive feedback. Flexible hours. Generous commission pay and plenty of bonuses for talented, hard workers. Includes 401(k) and employer matching, paid vacation, paid medical insurance, free Sam's Club and gym memberships.
Cons
Hours and days are flexible, but certain holidays are off-limits for vacation days. It's a fair trade-off.

If you plan on joining the development team, you need to be aware that you will get nowhere unless you immediately start inflating the egos of senior developers and the management. It does not matter how much talent you have or what your worth ethic is, if you are not constantly stroking the higher up's egos, you will not be promoted. You are also going to be working with obsolete technology. You will be doing yourself a disservice since you will be unlikely to find a job after leaving. The world has moved on from the technology that is being used at Flower Shop Network.
