-Reasonable Pay for your work -With some luck you will have a great team to work with

Cons

-Will overwork you to the ground -High turnover rate, meaning you pick up the hours until someone fills the spot -Suprise 4 hours of overtime the last hour of your shift -Managment dehumanizes every employee -Limited advancement in the company -Maintenance will not fix equipment, only get it working just enough for non stop manual labor for 12+ hours.
