They pay you. Friendly co-workers and steady work.
Cons
Be prepared for burnout. It is not a matter of if, but when. You will be expected to do more than what you are payed for (think different job roles) and then when you finally attempt to climb the "ladder" you will be passed up for promotions and pay raises for incompetent and unskilled alternatives. All on the basis that they "know" the person that is doing the hiring. The nepotism is very strong at this company and some friendships go as far as HR, so any complaints against said hiring head will lead nowhere! Avoid this place like the plague unless ofc you "know" somebody...
