Their most used words are, I'm going to fire you., I'm going to write you up, Total verbal harrassment every day and hour you are on the job. Very much a imtimidating and hostile company.

Company cannot convince any qualified people to in essence "purchase" their own job which makes it very hard to develop a competent workforce. Moral is the worst of any company I have ever been associated with. Have sat in on many interviews where prospective distributors are told they can change to better routes if one comes open....then when one comes open they are told that changes are no longer allowed. If you have a family, personal time is virtually non-existant and career advancement to other locations is frowned upon because they have a hard time filling the management positions.
