Breaks pay and team effort opportunities to move up in the chain of command co workers are awesome and easy to work with

Gay lame excuse for a company never wanna work there again hopefully they go out of business soon and treat there employees better

Good pay for area. Good benefits even though medical is getting to high.

Cons

Not flexible. Management miscommunication issues. Disorganized. Working conditions not good. ( hot n humid in summer, cold in winter) not adequate ventilation in production area.
