They had very good pay if you can bare the heat.

Cons

Was a great job except the personnel. Had to quit due to staff not properly investigating an incident report. If they had checked into the girl making the accusations they would have found out that she had been fired from two different jobs prior to Flowers for causing the same kind of trouble. I knew theyd lie because I was a newbie and I didnt want My good resume smeared. Plus, any company not thorough and willing to allow drama like that is not a company that I want to work for.

You get paid pretty decent.

Cons

You'll never get a day off unless you schedule a vacation. They don't care that you are home for 8 hours to get adequate sleep. I've worked 16+ hour shifts and been back in in less than 8 hours. It's loud inside the factory, and they don't regulate the temperature inside. So whatever temperature it is outside, is the temperature inside. It gets extremely hot during the summer time because there's 2 huge ovens inside the building. You can't have your cell phone on you at all, so don't ever have any emergencies. Once you clock in you are not allowed to leave the building until you clock out to go home, aside from their designated smoking area which is fenced in.
