Not a good place

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Decent pay, that's about it.

Cons

Zero management. Huge lack of communication. Management plays the favorites game. Days off are split. Warehouse is extremely hot. No drinking water provided. Employees are expected to perform building maintenance. Zero home life. No time off. Worn out equipment. All manual labor. The company owns the temp service. No opportunity for advancement. No future. Only one employee at a warehouse in night shift so if you're hurt, you're on your own. Trucks and trailers are worn out and unsafe to drive.
