Pay is weekly and the plant I was in paid well

Flowers foods is full of nepotism and good old boy networks. In general the management is incredibly arrogant rude and demanding not to mention most of them have no real leadership abilities. The hours are ridiculous and they offer no work/life balance.

This corporation knows how to make money in a pandemic.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Inept plant management. Will over work you with little to no support for you and your team. Only care about sales people and money. Will completely shun production teams for saving a penny. Uses contract workers to pad employee numbers from investors.
