Pros

Pay is higher than other jobs in area, some people are nice, good benefits, free bread and buns, provided uniforms

Cons

Management thinks of employees as simple minded and expendable, hottest place I’ve ever worked in the summer ( 105+), must give up your personal life for the bread, maintenance has no idea what they’re doing so machines are constantly down, all superintendents are mean and don’t care about your problems unless it affects them, building not secure even though touted as secure, 2 days off a week but never in a row, rules loosely enforced

Pros

Pay is well above average and increases quickly-frankly it's the only thing they've got to keep employees.

Cons

Horrible hours, low vacation-with restrictions of how you can take it, hot, nasty, uncomfortable uniforms, training is a joke, management lies with a smile on their face saying all the while they are treating you like "family"

Pros

Coworkers were extremely caring, friendly people felt like a family sales team work is interesting healthcare was fantastic

Cons

they loose the competitive edge in many cases because they are so ingrained in systems and politics of people who have been there forever pay was not competitive at my level upper management has some control and secrecy issues - things that aren't of major importance are not explained to people lower on the chain nearly early enough, which leads to bad feelings among lower employees, low morale, and inefficient processes the company tended to be reactionary rather than proactive, which can be a pain when trying to set up good processes
