Pros

Great benefits & good compensation.

Cons

Top management at the bakery level can be horrifying, must work most holidays, must work every weekend - including most Sundays, there is never any WORD from management when there is a "job well done", or a 'thank you' for many years of service.

Pros

Plenty of hours(good when you are paid hourly), get to be on your own, no boss hovering over your head. Free stale bread,

Cons

Long hours, expect to work every day of the week 14-15 hour days. They will tell you, you get Sundays and Wednesdays off, do not be fooled. There are no deliveries done on those days, but you still have to go and merchandise your stops. If you have a family, and a life outside of work, you will never get to see them. Very hard work, they're goal is to get you to buy in on a route. They entice you in the beginning with a decent hourly wage, which is the only way you can make a decent wage.

Cons

Not employee friendly. Has a lot of nepotism throughout. Salary is mediocre and your over worked with little time for family.
