Merit pay increases are meager, often not even keeping up with cost-of-living even for high-performing employees. Incentive bonuses have been delayed for two of the past three years.

Poor benefits packages. The company has been struggling for the last couple years, has had to reduce the workforce, has forced employees to take vacation to increase their year end numbers, and the AIP payout for most groups has been very small or non-existent. Salaries in general seem to be much lower than similar engineering jobs.
