The entire onboarding process was very well organized and smooth. I have been at companies where you started and felt lost, but not here. It was great being engaged from day 1.

Pros

I feel empowered every day to do my best work. Leadership truly trusts every single employee which creates a creative, safe and hard-working environment. Flowspace's mission and goals are clear and it is so rewarding to work towards achieving them as a collective whole.

Cons

Remote work can be challenging to navigate but I am still so impressed with the work/life balance that is strongly encouraged.

Cons

Only think I can think of is the fast-moving environment and the quick shift in necessities, but if you are an individual that thrives on change then it isn't much of a con.
