      - the company is able to execute well against the vision and not just talk about it - every team has fun people to work with and great cross team collaboration - remote first culture that works well across time zones

      - remote first isn't for everybody

      I joined Flowspace in early 2021 and have been extremely impressed with my coworkers and the company culture. We challenge ourselves to deliver valuable results and hold each other accountable in the most supportive way possible. Every person in this company plays a critical role towards achieving our objectives

      We're a fast growing enterprise where things move quickly. To be successful, you have to be comfortable with the responsibility of creating value in a rapidly maturing environment.

      Pros

      Upper management has succeeded in creating a culture of respect, empowerment and positivity. There is tremendous support for initiatives and the people who are involved in them. People are given every opportunity for career advancement within the company. The company really listens to employees and this comes from the top - from the CEO who is a true leader.

      Cons

      No cons - just the true hope that as a fast-growing company the terrific culture will continue to grow and scale along with it.
