Solving tangible problems - how important is it that a product you order online shows up efficiently and as you expected? The customer experience can make or break a brand! Agile, forward-thinking leaders. There's lots of room to try new things, and teams are encouraged to focus on what works and do away with what doesn't.

Cons

External forces are putting pressure on brands and retailers across the board, which impacts all companies in the retail and ecommerce space. Flowspace isn't slowing down, though, and those that power through this moment will be poised for huge success on the other side.
