- The team is outstanding. Everyone has a positive attitude and everyone pitches in to make things happen. - It's exciting to be a part of a team that is changing an industry - We are growing so fast that there are many opportunities for employees to take on more responsibility and grow professionally - One member of the exec team is fully dedicated to people operations, making sure the company is taking care of employees and recruiting the best talent - Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits include health insurance and 401K matching. Lots of perks in office including weekly catered lunches, happy hours, and fun team building events on a regular basis.

- Growing pains are inevitable when the company is growing so fast.

The company is taking shape quickly and hiring top talent to move the needle. It's an extremely exciting place to work. Being at the ground floor at a future behemoth, makes coming into work enjoyable on a daily basis. To top it off - the people are amazing!

Cons

Just as every start-up, things move fast and change fast. If you're not up to the challenge it can be difficult.

Cons

There are still some processes and workflows that need to be iron out, but that's why you'd join a startup in the first place, so that you make an impact rather than be another cog in the machine.
