      Pros

      There's incredible opportunity for career growth and its given to those that deserve it. Hard-work is acknowledged and rewarded. The culture is great and Flowspace invests in weekly happy hours and celebratory company parties as we hit milestones. People are generally happy in the office and the open floor environment allows for a lot of cross-functional collaboration. The office building is clean, new and in a safe neighborhood.

      Cons

      Not enough turn-over. Lagging performers stay too long.

      Pros

      Great place to make an impact and build a company from the ground up. Flat organizational structure, open floor plan, and great culture. Competitive pay and and equity for every employee. Snacks, catered meals, gym membership, and amazing 401k match and dental/medical/vision coverage. Autonomy and plenty of room for career growth. Employees are able to choose their own projects and turn them into reality. Best of all: pet friendly office!

      Cons

      Flowspace has some of the same growing pains that most startups deal with. As it's grown quickly in size, ensuring clear communication between teams can be a challenge.

      Pros

      Great company culture Motivated employees Great team mentality

      Cons

      Tough to give cons about a startup, because if you buy in to the startup mentality then those cons turn into pros (e.g. one of the big ideas at Flowspace is everyone does the dishes, meaning no job is too small for any one employee. Everyone contributes to every part of the business. I personally see that as a pro, but can see how some would see it as a con.)
