      Pros

      You collaborate with you team a lot, which is great. Everyone seems very down to earth and approachable. Management has a great vision of where the company is headed and what your part is doing to help. Even during busy days your team is right there to help. Time off is flexible. Opportunities are available. Very interactive company. I love you guys!

      Cons

      I was disappointed when I found out the salary for the position. Yes, I accepted because I like the company. Yeah, other than that, I have no complaints.

      Remote work allows some flexibility.

      Cons

      Very low base pay and inbound leads became almost nonexistent which is how they lead you to believe this is all INBOUND sales when by the end it was not at all. Class over hiring by upper management to boost numbers to board which ultimately led to mass layoffs right before the holidays in 2021.
