      Pros

      I was there during the early days when we were working out of closets. With every call, email, conversation... The effort and drive to make people’s lives easier in a tough industry is real. And the CARE was tangible There are other buzzier companies out there in this space. BUT, Flowspace is the real thing

      Cons

      Internal org structure is messy and too many closed door conversations (in my time at least) made the culture feel political for such a small company.... worries me about what it looks like at scale

      The ecommerce industry is exploding and there is so much room for growth and innovation. Every single brand and retailer is considering ways to optimize their ecommerce strategies, and Flowspace is the only company building the tech and the network that they need to succeed. Every team in the company gets to work with cool, cutting-edge brands, and I feel like my ideas are heard and supported at every level.

      Things move fast, but so does the ecommerce industry. We need to stay agile to keep up.

      Great management, many tools for success, clear and open communication with upper management, great benefits and pay, and a sense of community and inclusivity.

      Cons

      It is a startup, so things can change on a dime (not any fault of the company's).
