Pros

I started as an entry level employee, and have been given every opportunity to grow my career. Everyone is passionate about their work, and works hard. At the same time, work/life balance is respected and I have never been made to feel bad about taking time off or clocking out at the end of the day.

Cons

Fairly high turnover that means picking up responsibilities that weren't originally in the job description

Pros

The people I work with are wonderful and always pushing to improve. In fact, my favorite core value at the company is "Be Better Today Than Yesterday" which I think highlights that continual push. It also helps give me perspective and an orientation that we can always get better which I see all around me and is important for a start up.

Cons

Start up life if exciting, but also can be intense. While I love it, it's not for everyone or every stage of life.
