Cons

Most of it, high work hours, no proper recognition, no proper HR policies for promotion, People work day and night, Worst management. You will loose your peace and sleep if you join here. Blame culture, leaders do not know what they are talking about. Fake promises made on joining

Pros

Good office space and policy. Good place for people who want to chill around and don't want to do much work. Good place for people who want promotion and salary hike without doing much works. Good place for people who want to grow by doing politics.

Cons

Not up to date with technologies. Politicians are more here rather than skilled employees. No space to grow for skilled employee.
