Pros

Some great people still endure, but most have left while the political game players reign

Cons

Awful, dishonest and chaotic, fear and blame-driven culture Execs with lots of stock like to tell employees who they cheated out of options and on their reviews, how they should act like owners lol Losing ground to competitors with better product visions, larger R&D budgets, experienced in-house engineering and better products Expect unclear, changing expectations, favoritism, with seasoning of passive-aggressive abusive comments by managers Despite having “fun” in their stated values, no real fun to be found working for Fluence
