      Pros

      Loved working here. The people were fantastic. I felt like the company was actually concerned about me. Pay and benefits were some of the best I’ve had.

      None really to speak of.

      Leadership truly cares about employees and their well being! Yes you work at a federal facility but you have to really take the time to see how morale and culture are driven to improve the quality of life!

      Cons

      Have to be patient with the changes. FFPO are driven to implement changes by DOE but they do consider the impact to employees
