Pros
most of my coworkers are amazing. I'm close with a lot of them and they make the horrible, horrible days better.
Cons
They expect a lot out of you, like the ability to do 3 peoples jobs every day because someone calls off every day and instead of calling someone in, they just say "oh well this is who we have today". There are days where I can't even use the restroom until my shift is over, because on my 30 minute break (lets be real here it's actually 20 minutes by the time you stand in line, order your food, wait for your food and sit down) I'm eating as quickly as possible. And then a lot of us go 6 plus hours with nothing to drink because we aren't allowed to have drinks anywhere near us, and it's so busy and so understaffed that none of us can get away to go get a drink. These are basic basic needs that are not being met for employees every shift. Don't even get me started on the raises that are a joke. We are down to getting one raise a year now, and if you're with the company for a long time, they start to hire people at more than you make! That is how they "reward" you for staying there.
