Professional work environment Everyone is helpful with every question I have I felt accepted right away Everyones opinion matters and is carefully listened to A lot of room to grow and learn

Cons

I dont have any real downsides except the clock in/out which i often forget but nobody has pointed out.

As a new employee at Focus Camera, my experience has been very positive so far. The onboarding process was clear and thorough, giving me a solid introduction to the company’s culture and expectations. The HR department deserves special mention for their exceptional support—they've been incredibly helpful and responsive, making my transition much easier. The whole team is friendly and supportive, which makes it easy to learn and grow here. The managers listen to your ideas and make sure everyone feels included.

Cons

The amount of PTO is somewhat limited, and it would be great if there were more days available for rest and recharge.
