The leadership should be institutionalized. It's an absolutely insane place to work, and the projects and ideas brought down from the top are absolutely nuts, more often than not. If you value your sanity, do not work here. Very high-stress environment for those looking to make an impact. Pay is not great.

Cons

The commute presents challenges, but a I was fully aware of this before accepting the position.
