      Pros

      The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. Everyone is willing to do their part to help each other learn.

      Cons

      Though the holiday and remote work schedule is robust, there is a smaller amount of personal days offered. It would be nice to see some wiggle room for this aspect of the incentive.

      This place has good benefits

      Cons

      The leadership should be institutionalized. It's an absolutely insane place to work, and the projects and ideas brought down from the top are absolutely nuts, more often than not. If you value your sanity, do not work here. Very high-stress environment for those looking to make an impact. Pay is not great.

      Great place to learn & grow

      Pros

      It’s a good company for those who want to learn about business/ecommerce. If you are experienced in the industry you will have to learn the company’s way of operating, but there is certainly opportunity to make money and grow, especially in positions with a commission component. Everyone works hard, and there is always something to do, but the hours are very reasonable and work/life balance is excellent. It is easy to be heard in the company as everyone has access to the executive team.

      Cons

      Policies sometimes change with little notice. The company is fast paced, which isn’t a bad thing, but there are times when projects are scrapped after work has been put in, and that can be frustrating at times.
