      The company seems to be working to continuously improve. Employees and management are hard working and very involved. Company culture and employee appreciation is appreciated.

      Focus is a good company to work for the culture is welcoming and respectful. The facility is well managed and they go above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible for their employees to work in.

      Cons

      In my three months, I have seen no con to working at Focus.

      Great Hiring Experience

      Pros

      Everyone was very professional and honest with me. The interview process was efficient and everything went well. I had a first round with HR and then further rounds with more specific managers for my role. My time at Focus has also been great with management helping give appropriate guidance and goals to help my success.

      Cons

      Everything has been very fast paced, so you have to be prepared to be adaptive!
