      Working at Focus Camera is Truly a positive experience. The support system within the company is excellent, The training provided is comprehensive, and I am constantly learning new skills that contribute to my professional growth. I am very grateful to be a part of such a dedicated and supportive team.

      Fast pace and shifting priorities may be challenging for those who prefer structure. Some processes are still being built out. Roles can be broad, requiring flexibility. Benefits are standard but could be more competitive. Team dynamics could be improved as some team members aren't authentic to the company's values.
