Pros

I've been working at Focus Camera for almost a year now. So far so good.. it was tough in beginning getting used to the many teams as there are many employees that interact with each other. Management is very open to new ideas and is always lookig for ways tp include all level employees with new ideas and suggestions. there is a lot of potential available. I've seen a college promoted in a short amount of time due to the colleges persistence and attitude of giving it all they got.

Pros

Quite a few. The people are friendly, learning is very encouraged, and upper management knows everyone and is always open to ideas. A park just re-opened next door.

Cons

None, really. Focus is out on the F line, so if you take the train in from Manhattan, you'll need to like podcasts or books.
