Great people, they try their hardest to foster a family environment, open door policy with upper management

Cons

Very stagnant, extremely high turn over, upper management isn't clear on the mission statement and strive to make it through everyday unnoticed, not an idea friendly environment

Pros

The friendly atmosphere makes Focus Camera an enjoyable work environment. Even with over 100 employees, management knows everyone personally. Simple gestures like birthday cards and holiday lunches make employees feel special. Training courses offered help us grow. We come to the office to work, but at the end of the day, we leave with a family.

Cons

Rain, snow or shine - the office stays open.

Nothing negative to be said. Pay is great and good location and clean. Only have positive feedback
