The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. Everyone is willing to do their part to help each other learn.

Cons

Though the holiday and remote work schedule is robust, there is a smaller amount of personal days offered. It would be nice to see some wiggle room for this aspect of the incentive.

The Flu shot event was amazing. The space the company set up for us to get shots was in a nice, clean, and private area. The nurse was quick and the shot was painless.

I’ve been working at Focus for some time and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The positive energy among the team is contagious making every day enjoyable and motivating. Ability to adapt to change is another Biggie. Also many eateries nearby and close to F train.
