      Advancement opportunities at every angle. Most people within the company look for your best interests. Rewarding experience with many generous benefits.

      Cons

      Negatively impacted by groupthink and individuality. Certain departments have greater expectations than others. Some individuals are unwilling to teach, train and/or mentor. Must be an out-of-the-box thinker to survive.

      Relaxed place to work, can work remotely without being micromanaged as long as you are doing your job. Team outings are great.

      Many of the directors have incredibly difficult personalities. They have unrealistic and impossible expectations with little direction given. To any prospective applicants, have a good look at the negative reviews left by former and current employees about this company before considering employment.
